In Loving Memory
It is with deepest sadness we announce the death of our friend and colleague, Myrddin Rees founder and trustee of the Ark Cancer Charity.
Merv provided the vision, leadership and endless enthusiasm to build the charity which recently refurbished the cancer treatment centre in Basingstoke and has put wellbeing at the heart of cancer care, through the delivery of a range of alternative therapies and counselling.
As a pioneering liver surgeon within the NHS and through his passion for the Ark Cancer Charity, Merv has touched the lives of so many people and leaves a lasting legacy.
Our thoughts are with his wife Fenella and his family and friends at this sad time.
