Hayden is a fundraising ace!

A BASINGSTOKE businessman really has fundraising for a local cancer centre charity off to a tee.

Christmas Party

THE festive season was rounded off in fantastic style for Ark Cancer Centre Charity as Hayden Gowan and his wonderful team at The Tea Bar in Basingstoke threw a special Christmas party in support of the good cause.

Basingstoke soul sensation Natasha Watts and internet star Daryl Kellie entertained the audience with their own sets and got people singing and dancing.

Tea Bar support on the tee!

A Basingstoke businessman has proved to be a real ace in the hole when it comes to supporting a local cancer centre charity.

Hayden Gowan, who owns The Tea Bar in The Top of The Town, was the driving force behind another successful fundraising golf day in aid of Ark Cancer Centre Charity.

Forty-four golfers in 12 teams took part in the latest charity golf day which was held at Test Valley Golf Club, near Overton.

Tea Bar Golf Day

Hayden Gowan, owner of The Tea Bar in Basingstoke, regularly organises charity golf days and this year he was supporting the new cancer treatment centre. 48 golfers took part at Sherfield Oaks followed by dinner for 120 guests back at the Tea Bar. It was a great success with nearly £3,000 raised which was doubled by findmeagrant. We are looking forward to a repeat in May next year. Thank you Hayden and Philippa who helped organise the day.
