Out with the old, in with the new

HELLO 2019 – and Ark Cancer Centre Charity is hoping that supporters will carry the spirit of out with the old, in with the new into this last year of the decade to help the £5million fundraising campaign reach another milestone.

Ark is urging local people to make a resolution to recycle unwanted clothes and shoes in January in one of the charity's many branded recycling banks that are dotted in and around the Basingstoke area.

Thanks for your support in 2018

2018 is the year that Ark Cancer Centre Charity passed the £2million milestone on the journey towards the £5m goal.

The public backing for Ark’s £5m appeal that will help to fund the much-needed NHS cancer treatment centre at Basingstoke hospital continues to be awesome and humbling – and it’s your great support that has enabled the charity to reach this significant fundraising staging post in 2018.

Plans to locate the new cancer treatment centre on the Basingstoke hospital site are moving forward, and 2019 will hopefully be a year of significant progress on this front.
