MasterChef winner Jane serves up support for Ark

BBC MasterChef 2016 champion Jane Devonshire is a great supporter of Ark Cancer Centre Charity – and today she completes the line-up of Ark video stars in our new campaign.

Mother-of-four Jane has twice battled cancer – something she did not reveal until after her MasterChef journey was over. She was treated for liver cancer by world-renowned surgeon Merv Rees, who is a trustee of Ark Cancer Centre Charity and a driving force behind the NHS cancer treatment centre project that the charity is helping to fund.

Jane’s story has been a real inspiration to many people, and she is determined to do what she can to support her two chosen charities – one of which is Ark Cancer Centre Charity.

Jane is the tenth Ark supporter to take part in our new video/text campaign. We hope her words, and those of our other Ark video stars, inspire even more people to raise funds for, and awareness of, the charity's £5million appeal.

Ark is grateful to Ark supporter Paul Friend and his team at Face TV for producing the videos that are at the heart of our new campaign.

Thanks to all of our Ark video stars - and remember that just like them, you too can make a difference and can help to make this much-needed cancer treatment centre happen.
