Local Artists in show of support for Ark Cancer Centre

THEY are talented local artists – and now their fabulous 2022 calendar is delivering a seasonal boost to Ark Cancer Centre Charity.

THAT Gallery is an independent art gallery, showcasing the very best in contemporary local art. It was founded in 2015 by local artists Graeme Farragher, Fatima Pantoja and Rachel Davis, and is based in Festival Place.

The gallery’s 2022 calendar features work by, and puts the spotlight on, some of the local artists whose work can be seen and bought in the gallery – and 10 per cent from every calendar sold will be donated to Ark Cancer Centre Charity.

Merv Rees, Ark Cancer Centre Charity trustee, sent his thanks to the ' THAT Gallery team for choosing to support Ark Cancer Centre Charity through the sale of the 2022 calendar – the money raised will help the charity’s mission to help and support local cancer patients and their loved ones.“Thank you to the wonderful local artists who have contributed to the 2022 calendar, and to everyone who buys one.”

Rachel Davis, from THAT Gallery, said she was delighted to support Ark and the work that the charity does, and we hope that many people will buy the 2022 gallery. “With the ongoing support of Festival Place, our home is right in the heart of town and at the moment, we are opposite the Apple Store. We pride ourselves on being friendly and welcoming and we showcase a diverse, eclectic range of works to suit all tastes and budgets. Our artists are also able and happy to take commissions.”

You can purchase your very own calendar from :    THAT Gallery (priced £13.99) and is available in store or by emailing Thatgallery.contact@gmail.com
