AA Heritage Day helps Ark

Ark Cancer Centre Charity Our Partner supporter The AA in Basingstoke have added to their fundraising total for the year by supporting the charity at their first-ever Heritage Day.

The company's iconic Fanum House base on Basing View was the setting for today's staff and family-focused event.

Those who came along were able to enjoy seeing some of the AA's beautiful heritage vehicles as well as food and entertainment, provided by a live band. There were also several stalls and plenty of takers who were determined to be the fastest in the wheel change challenge.

A raffle offered a range of great prizes, including the chance to win a trip out in the famous AA1 1905 Renault Phaeton.

Funds raised from today's event, which took place between midday and 2pm, will be added to The AA team's running total for Ark.

Ark supporter Debbie Loveridge were among the guests at the event.

Mark was happy to see some of the heritage AA vehicles on display, and that everyone was able to enjoy the BBQ in some September sunshine.

Ark is proud to be the Basingstoke AA team's charity of the year, and we are grateful to everyone at Fanum House for their support.
